Reed Bass

Reed brings more than a decade of experience in commercial and residential construction, infrastructure, and land development to his leadership role at NfiniteX Water. With a strong background in managing complex projects, leading teams, and delivering high-quality execution in the field, Reed combines practical expertise with proven operational leadership.

Drawing from his experience as Owner and Project Manager for Neighbors Construction in Decatur, Texas, along with his leadership role at 2811 Development, Reed has successfully overseen construction operations, coordinated large-scale projects, managed crews and sales teams, and helped drive projects from concept to completion. That real-world experience now serves as a critical foundation for leading NfiniteX Water and its mission of delivering innovative, resilient, and sustainable water solutions.

What uniquely positions Reed to lead NfiniteX Water is his hands-on knowledge of plumbing systems, water wells, purification systems, and water infrastructure. He understands not only the technical side of clean water systems, but also the practical challenges of implementation, scalability, reliability, and long-term operation. His ability to bridge technical knowledge with leadership, communication, and execution makes him exceptionally equipped to guide the company's growth and vision.

Known for his strong work ethic, steady leadership, and commitment to excellence, Reed brings the kind of practical wisdom, passion, and dependable leadership needed to build a company focused on solving one of the world's most essential challenges. He and his wife are the proud parents of four daughters.
